Luxir is a cloud-based software platform that helps businesses manage, automate, and enhance communication through WhatsApp Business API.

2. Account Registration

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete information during signup
• Be authorized to represent your company, if registering on behalf of a business

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform to send spam, fraud, or abusive content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer or attempt to access the source code
• Use the service in violation of WhatsApp’s policies or applicable law

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• Plans are billed monthly or annually
• Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (e.g., Razorpay)
• You may cancel your subscription at any time; access remains until the end of the billing period
• No refunds are issued for partial billing cycles

5. Data Processing & Privacy

By using Luxir, you agree to the collection and use of data as described in our Privacy Policy.

For GDPR compliance, you may request a Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

6. Limitation of Liability

• Luxir is provided “as is” and “as available”
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance
• In no event shall we be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you:

• Breach these Terms
• Abuse the platform
• Fail to pay subscription fees

You may also close your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced via email or platform notification.

Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any legal dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of Pune, India.
